i stand politically incorrect but i do wanna make my stand. so let meOK. today was the release of the election results.
kept watching the newscaster melvin yeong trying to curb his fits of laughter. darn funny. keep thinking how my dylan loh looks like him too. o man..
the election results as follows
PAP 82 seats SDA: 1 seat WP:1 seat (total 84 seats)
aljunied had a really close match. 56% to 43% ? hmmm.. i hope i get my figures right and not offend anyone. ahh well . it was interesting watching the whole thing. teeths grited. forced smiles. absolute pain and discomfort put aside. and all for the camera.. sighz
wonder if we all said what we really felt
think that would be even more interesting now wouldn't it?
hmmm... for a person like me who hardly keeps track of stuff in the political scene i think it was an eye opener.
i am as usual amused.
before all this chaos
me, leo , my mum and uncle d were at this prata stall near the old SMU. told my mum about the foster parenting and the GR that may come to the house. she didnt say anything but questioned me regarding the dog. just felt bit sad cus shadow wasnt a pure breed, maybe if he was my mum would wanna keep him. why discriminate on the breeds? isnt a dog's love all the same?
my mum told me :
" michelle having a dog means you got to wash him, feed him, clean up the mess and the shit everyday.. do so many things but i keep seeing the maid do it. so why keep a dog whenyou can't handle it? when you play with bobbi yet not treat him as a daily chore? all you do is help out like what .. once a month?"
i asked her then:
" mum, then i ask you a simply question. a dog is not dumb and IF what you say is true, wouldn't the dog KNOW who cares for it more , thus naturally go to be with that person? since you say the maid has been taking care of bobbi and i hardly did anything... then why does bobbi rather stick with me out of all you people. and especially not the maid, but ME?"
she didn't reply.
i think it was a crazy reply. i told her to consider it.
